Athens, TX (December 2025) – RoadMasters played a critical role in the successful transportation of major modular housing manufactured by Guerdon, LLC for EAH Housing in Los Altos, California. The project, supporting EAH Housing’s Distel Circle affordable housing community, required precise execution under an accelerated timeline and showcased RoadMasters’ expertise in complex modular transportation.
Facing an exceptionally tight schedule, RoadMasters worked in close coordination with Guerdon to support the rapid movement of the units across state lines. Through planning, discipline and around-the-clock logistics management, RoadMasters assisted Guerdon, LLC in acheiving a significant milestone by breaking its record for the highest number of modular units shipped in a single week.
This accomplishment highlights RoadMasters’ ability to scale transportation solutions for time-senstivie modular construction projects while maintaining safety and reliability. The seamless delivery of each module enabled on-site installation to proceed without delay, keeping the overall assignment on track and reinforcing the value of experienced heavy haul and specialized transportation partners.
Manufactured in Boise and set in Los Altos, the modular units form part of a 100-percent-affordable housing development designed to address critical housing needs in the Bay Area.
